MPQArchive.com renewed

Is it that time already? Yep, another two years have passed. The difference being is that this time, I actually have a site for MPQ Archive.

But it’s no thanks to EasySpace’s craptastically confusing “Control Panel” that I’ve renewed it for another two years. The option to renew was hardly obvious and ideally I would have liked to have done it for more, but the crappy thing only gave me the option of renew for two years or cancel…

Anyhoo, job done!

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the feedback! Just so you know, our Development team are aware of the lack of options when it comes to renewal length on domain names and we’re going to be implementing changes soon to rectify that problem!

The control panel was updated recently and so far the feedback has been rather good – some issues still to be ironed out of course but I like to think we’re getting there :)

Thanks again for your comments !

Kind Regards,

Hi Johnathan,

Thanks for the update on that. I was a bit bemused since I was sent an email reminding me it was up for renew (which is a good thing) but there was no link to directly renew it.

After logging in and looking at my domain list and finding no options, I had to look in the helpdesk to find the links at the bottom left of the sidebar. If I can make a suggestion, I’d put the renew options under the domain management options instead of accounts.

I can’t really give any feedback on the new control panel since it’s been a couple of years since I used it last time :)

Anyway, if it’s being worked on, that’s good news. Thanks again.
